Our first experience in the Wagon manufacturing industry provided us with the opportunities to learn about the tricks of the trade and understand the nuances involved. We delivered hundreds of BOXNHL Wagons to TRSL under the leadership of Srinchal Fabricator Pvt Ltd.
BOBSNS Project - Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd Bharatpur
We have worked for TRSL to expedite the delivery of BOBSNS Wagons and delivered timely results successfully in the harshest of climatic conditions in Bharatpur Rajasthan. BOBSN Wagons are open-top hopper wagons engineered for efficient bulk transport of materials like iron ore and coal. It features a robust side-discharge mechanism operated through a manual mechanical system, enabling rapid and controlled unloading without the need for pneumatic assistance. It can carry up to 60 tonnes. Commonly used in “merry-go-round” operations, BOBSN wagons enable seamless, high-volume loading and unloading.

We have successfully delivered this gondola‐type wagon in partnership with Fabtech Works & Construction Pvt Ltd in the Agarpara works of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. This wagon is to be used in Liberia.

We have been involved in this ₹140 crore Indian Railways project right from the beginning and also took part in the prototype development. Our resolve to provide timely delivery while maintaining the highest possible quality have helped us to assist in streamlining the production of this wagon. This wagon project requires us to build two slightly different kinds of wagons simultaneously and it’s challenging in that way.
FMP wagons are arranged in a set order: ‘A’ cars at the outer ends and ‘B’ cars in the middle. ‘A’ cars differ mainly by their end couplings and are fewer in number — for example, a 45-wagon rake typically includes 6 ‘A’ cars and 39 ‘B’ cars.

BOBSN Wagons are open-top hopper wagons engineered for efficient bulk transport of materials like iron ore and coal. It features a robust side-discharge mechanism operated through a manual mechanical system, enabling rapid and controlled unloading without the need for pneumatic assistance.
